What happens if it looks like the Utility Connect is not working as intended?

No Power Lights Illuminated

If your device is plugged in and the power lights are not illuminated, try using a phone charger to replace the USB connector. If the lights turn on with the phone charger, please contact our Customer Support team.

No WiFi Lights Illuminated

Its possible your Utility Connect has lost connection to your WiFi router. Try a WiFi reset to get it reconnected.

No Incoming Data

If you are not receiving any data, refer to the Lost Connection to Smart Meter article for troubleshooting steps.
