Creating an Emporia account

Learn how to set up your Emporia account using email, Google, or Apple ID.

The Emporia platform offers two convenient methods for creating your account. Whether you prefer signing up directly with your email or using an existing Google or Apple ID, the process is straightforward and secure.

Sign Up with Your Email Address

  • Create an account directly with Emporia by providing your email address and setting a custom password

  • Receive an account verification email containing a 6-digit code to complete the sign-up process

  • If you encounter any issues during verification, please refer to our verification troubleshooting guide

Sign Up with Google or Apple

  • Use your existing Google or Apple ID for a streamlined account creation process

  • Credential management (including password resets) is handled through your chosen third-party provider, not through the Emporia app

  • This approach is convenient if you already use these services regularly and prefer centralized account management


Required Information

When signing up directly with Emporia:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Account Password (securely encrypted and stored)

For third-party sign-ups:

  • Ensure your email address remains accessible

  • If using Apple ID with a private relay email, check that inbox regularly or enable forwarding to avoid missing important communications such as CSV exports.

Terms and Privacy

  • All accounts must agree to our Terms of Service during sign-up

  • You can opt out of promotional emails from Emporia at any time using the unsubscribe link in our email communications
