If you've lost your Emporia account password, or you'd like to change a password for an existing account, we can do so from the Emporia app directly.
First, we'll want to logout from an existing account (if applicable):
- Select the Menu (☰) in top left corner
- Select Account under Settings
- Select Logout
Once we're logged out of an account, then we will want to select Login on the account options selection page:
From the Login page we can select Forgot Password?
On the next screen, we'll input our Emporia account email address into the field provided. Once we hit Reset, an email will be sent to the address provided which will have the required steps needed to set a new password.
