No power lights on
If your device is plugged in and the power lights are not on, please try to use a phone charger to replace the USB connector. If lights turn on with the phone charger, contact our Support team and we can send you a new power supply.

No WiFi lights on
If your device is plugged in and the WiFi lights are not on, please try to use a phone charger to replace the USB connector. If lights turn on with the phone charger, contact our Support team and we can send you a new power supply.

No data
If your device is connected, lights are on but no data is being broadcasted, you might need to reprovision the device with the utility company. Contact our Support team and we can check if a relink is needed for the monitor.
