The "Demo" Account available in the app is a quick preview of how the app works with devices added. Right now, the Demo account shows a single Gen 2 device with a 8 circuits added, a smart plug, a Utility Connect, and an EV charger. If you are logged into the Demo account (picture shown below), you can log out by tapping the menu icon (≡) in the upper left corner of the app. Then go to Account and click logout. This will allow you to login with your own account and see your devices as normal.
