At Emporia Energy, we recognize the importance of accessing your energy data at any time, from anywhere. Whether you’re using our mobile app or web app, you’ll have seamless access to your account and connected devices.

Managing multiple accounts or setting up additional devices is straightforward with Emporia Energy's user-friendly platform. This guide will offer detailed steps for these processes, ensuring seamless energy monitoring.

Get the Emporia Energy app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

Access Your Data Anywhere

Once you've set up an Emporia Energy account using either the mobile app or the web app, you can log into the same account from any device. This means:

  • If you set up your account and connected your devices via the mobile app, you can also access the same account through the web app at web.emporiaenergy.com.

  • Likewise, if you registered via the web app, you can easily download the Emporia mobile app on your smartphone or tablet and log in using the same credentials.

  • To set up the app on additional devices, you'll need to add your Emporia hardware to your account using your primary device first. Then install the Emporia app on other devices and log in using the same credentials. All devices and data will synchronize automatically.

Because Emporia is cloud-based, your data stays synchronized across all platforms. Wherever you are in the world, as long as you have internet access, your energy insights are just a few clicks or taps away!

Managing Multiple Accounts on One Device

Currently, managing multiple Emporia Energy accounts on a single device requires manually logging out and switching accounts, as the platform does not support simultaneous multi-account management. Ensure complete logout from one account before logging into another to avoid access issues.
