The Smart Plug will have a variety of behaviors related to its LED on the front of the device:
Blinking Blue (fast or slow) - Setup Mode (Quick or Hotspot depending on blinking speed)
Solid Blue - Connected to WiFi, supplying power to appliance.
Solid Purple - Connected to WiFi, not supplying power to appliance.
Blinking Red - Lost connection to WiFi (try performing a WiFi reset)
Solid Red/Any LED behavior not listed - reach out to Customer Support for further diagnostic assistance.
