Key Considerations:
Permanent Deletion: Data deleted through this process is permanently removed from the Emporia Energy database and cannot be recovered.
No Partial Deletion: At this time, it is not possible to delete data for a specific date range. The process will delete all measurement data for the selected circuits.
Device Issues: Deleting data will not resolve any device-related measurement issues. If you are experiencing inaccuracies or device malfunctions, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
How to Clear Data
Follow these steps to delete measurement data for your device or circuits:
Tap the menu (☰) icon in the top-left corner of the app.
Navigate to Settings > Manage Devices.
Select the device for which you want to clear data.
Tap Clear Data.
Check the box next to the circuits or items you want to clear (or tap Select All at the top to choose all circuits for Gen1/Gen2 devices).
Confirm by tapping Clear Data at the bottom of the screen.
You will see a screen where you can "Select" or "Deselect All" circuits at the top or choose individual circuits as needed.
