EV Charger starts charging right away when schedule should prevent charging

Verify and adjust schedule settings to ensure proper timing.

1. Check the Time Zone Setting

Verify that your charger's time zone matches your local time:

Steps to verify and correct time zone:

  1. Select menu (☰) in the top left corner

  2. Select Household Info under Settings

  3. Select Time Zone

  4. Choose the device you would like to make changes to

  5. Select the appropriate Time Zone and save

2. Ensure the EV Charger is in the "Paused" State

Your charger must be in "Paused" state outside scheduled times:

Steps to set the charger to "Paused" state:

  1. From the App Home screen, select your EV Charger by tapping the Electric Pump Icon located to the left of the charger's name

  2. In the middle of the screen, you'll see the toggle button that controls the charger

  3. Tap the toggle button to switch between modes:

    • Gray = PAUSED mode - no power will be sen,t and schedules will be respected

    • Blue = READY mode - charging begins immediately when connected
