Steps to Set Up the Notification
Ensure your EV Charger is set up, functioning correctly, and connected to the internet.
Open the Emporia Energy App – Ensure it's updated to the latest version.
Go to Notifications – Tap the menu (three bars, upper left) and select + Add Alert.
Configure the Notification:
Name: Example – "EV Done Charging"
Apply To: Select your EV Charger (ensure Mains is selected).
Set Threshold: Condition: Less than or Equal To
Value: 0.001 kW (adjust if your vehicle trickle charges).
Duration: 1 Minute
Save the Notification.
How It Works
The alert triggers when power usage drops below 0.001 kW for a minute, signaling that charging has stopped. It resets once usage exceeds 0.001 kW again, ensuring accurate notifications.
