EV Charger Onboarding

Your Emporia EV chargers are installed and configured on your property using the Emporia app. During this process:

  • When onboarding the charger through the Emporia app, it will ask you to name the charger. During this step, please enter the 5-digit code that will be associated with this device

  • The email address used for the standard Emporia account will need to be the same email address that will be used for the Partner Portal account

  • QR codes are positioned on or near each charger for easy access

  • Once these steps are complete, you will need to reach out to our customer support team through the live chat feature within the app, email ([email protected]), or call us at 1-844-367-6742
