Invite2Charge adds access control to Emporia EV chargers. Only drivers you invite can charge. You manage drivers and reports in Emporia Fleet Management (ARC), with no monthly subscription fees.

What You Get
Access control: drivers must be invited before they can charge.
Driver management in ARC: invite drivers by email, remove them, and set access instructions for each charger.

No monthly fees: pay once and own the system.
Note: Invite2Charge has no built-in payments or RFID. Bill drivers outside ARC using the reports.
How Drivers Charge
First time:
Scan the QR code on the charger or signage.
Download the Emporia Invite app and create an account.
Follow your access instructions to get invited.
Start charging.
After that:
Open the Emporia Invite app and sign in with the invited email.
Select your charger by its code.
Start charging.
Requirements
Chargers: Emporia Pro or Classic EV chargers, each with an Invite2Charge code.
Internet: a reliable connection at each charger.
Driver app: the free Emporia Invite app for iOS and Android.
ARC account: to manage drivers and reports from a computer or phone.
Upgrading
You don't need a charger labeled Invite2Charge. Start with a standard Pro or Classic charger and upgrade later.
To upgrade, pay the price difference. It's a software change, not new hardware.
Classic chargers also need a QR code and sign code sticker.
