Invite2Charge is public charging for your Emporia chargers. In Emporia Fleet Management (ARC), you invite drivers by email to chargers set up for it. Select Invite2Charge under Services in the main menu.
Get Set Up
ARC has no setup step for Invite2Charge. If the list is empty, contact Support to learn more or to get set up.
Each charger in the list shows:
Invite2Charge Code
Number of Users
Serial, status, and product
Search by serial, device name, or code. Select a charger to open its Invite2Charge tab. The tab also shows on the charger's page in Devices.
Invite Drivers
From the list:
Select one or more chargers.
Select Invite Users. On a phone, open the table menu and tap Invite users.
Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas, spaces, or new lines.
Select Invite.
From a charger's Invite2Charge tab, select Invite Users and follow steps 3 and 4.
Note: Previously invited drivers won't receive a duplicate email.
Manage Drivers on a Charger
The Invite2Charge tab lists each driver's Email and whether the User has Account.
Remove Users: select drivers, then Remove Users in the table menu. Drivers are not notified they no longer have access.
Edit Instructions: set the access instructions for this charger's code.
Export Data: download a report for this charger.
On the list, Remove Users and Export Data work on 1 to 99 selected chargers.

Choose a report:
Daily Energy by Charger
Daily Energy by User
Charging Sessions by User: pick session dates. Missing emails are left blank.
Select Start. Daily reports leave out in-progress charge sessions.
Invite2Charge in Reporting
In Reporting, the Charging sessions report has a Classic option. Classic includes the Invite2Charge driver email in the Invite2ChargeUser column. See Reporting in ARC.
Roles
You see only chargers available in Invite2Charge for your account.
Read Only members view everything and change nothing.
