Devices lists the energy assets on your Emporia Fleet Management (ARC) account. Sign in to ARC and select Devices in the main menu. On a phone, tap the Devices tab.
Find a Device
Search: filter by serial, device name, or address.
Check serials: compare a list of serials with your account. Rows with a green edge matched your list.
Open a device: select its row.
Device Pages
Each device opens on Overview. Other tabs depend on the device:
Chargers: Daily totals and Charging sessions.
Monitors: Daily totals, Flow, Circuit detail, and Capacity.
Other devices: Energy by circuit.
Invite2Charge: shows on chargers set up for Invite2Charge.
Add Devices (Admins and Installers)
Provision a device: gets a powered device you're standing next to onto this account in one step, from Chrome on your phone or computer.
Add devices to organization: add devices in bulk by serial number before you're on site.
On a phone, tap Add a device.
Note: As an Installer, you see the devices an Admin grants you. Devices you add by serial number are assigned to you automatically. See Installer access in ARC.
Work With Several Devices
Select devices with the row checkboxes. On a phone, tap Select devices first.
Open the table menu and pick an action:
Edit info
Export: raw energy readings for the selected devices.
Manage access (Admins only)
Remove (Admins only)
The same menu has Refresh devices and Export fleet, a fleet CSV with the columns you choose.
Note: For charging sessions, use Reporting instead of Export. See Reporting in ARC.
Roles
Admin: everything above, including Manage access and Remove.
Installer: adds devices and manages the devices they have access to.
Read Only: views everything in the organization and changes nothing.
