EV Charger starts charging right away when schedule should prevent charging

Verify and adjust schedule settings to ensure proper timing.

1. Check the Time Zone Setting

Verify that your charger's time zone matches your local time:

Steps to verify and correct time zone:

  1. Select the menu (☰) within the app

  2. Select Manage Devices under Settings

  3. Choose the device you would like to make changes to

  4. Tap Location & Utility Info

  5. Tap Time Zone and select the appropriate option

2. Ensure the EV Charger is in the "off" State

Your charger must be in "off" state outside scheduled times:

Steps to set the charger to the "Off" state:

  1. From the App Devices screen, select your EV Charger by tapping the Electric Pump Icon located to the left of the charger's name

  2. Tap the Turn Off button to switch between modes:
