You can set a Location for your Emporia devices. Location is used for various features applied to you devices in the app.

Set Device Location:

  1. Make sure you have Location Services/Location Settings enabled for the Emporia Energy App on your phone/tablet and you are near the device

  2. Select Menu(☰) in top left corner

  3. Select Household Info under Settings

  4. Select Location

  5. Select the device you want to make changes to

  6. The map should refresh to your current location or you can drag the map to your desired location. Once the bullseye is where you want it on the map, select Save
