Here's an overview of the primary menu available within the app which will provide access to the majority of the settings related options. Settings are available by tapping the menu icon in the upper left corner of the application (☰). An explanation of each option is available below.
Live Chat (Support) - Tapping this will provide you with one-on-one chat support with one of our Customer Support agents based out of Colorado (USA) from within the Emporia Energy app. If outside of stated office hours, you can submit a message through this feature as well which we'll answer/respond as soon as we're available.
Units and Circuits
Graphed Circuit - Can change which circuit is shown on the Graphs screen through this selection.
Thermostats - Coming soon.
Electric Vehicles - Coming soon.
Batteries - Coming soon.
Account - Related to the log in and account related options for the Emporia app.
Manage Devices - Provides access to settings related to connected devices.
Household Info - Provides access to supplemental settings related to device usage and behavior.
Help - A list of resources for how to get help/support related to your issue or questions.
End User License Agreement - Links to our EULA page available online here.
App Version - displays currently installed version of Emporia Energy app.
