Many U.S. states and local/regional utility providers offer incentives for purchasing and installing Level 2 EVSE EV charging equipment. Below is essential information about the Emporia Energy EV Charger to assist customers seeking rebates or discounts.

Commonly Requested Device Information for Rebate/Discount Programs

MAC Address:
The MAC address is the last 12 digits of the device serial number, located on the right side of the unit and on the packaging. You can also find the serial number in the device settings page within the Emporia Energy app.

Model Number:
The model number of the EV Charger depends on the color of the device:

  • White: EMEVSE1

  • Black: EMEVSE1-B

Utility Provider Qualification

Does my utility provider recognize the Emporia EV Charger as being qualified for a rebate or discounted rate program?
