There are two ways to access the settings and info options for the EV Charger:

โ€‹1.) From within the app, you can tap the app menu icon (three bars, upper left corner) and go to Manage Devices, where you can select your EV Charger by name.

Name of EV Charger, Serial, and Firmware Version are features covered in our General Device Info article.

Nest Under information can be found here.

Primary Vehicle is an optional field at the moment. We'll be adding more features/functionality to that field (as well as other car/vehicle settings) in the future. You can add your car make/model to this field for now as an optional description for the EV Charger.

Dedicated Breaker / Max Charge is a very important field to manage the EV Charger safely. You'll want to select the maximum breaker rating value (as shown on the breaker) in this field and we'll automatically keep your charge rate under the specified amount. It is very important to make sure you don't set an amperage higher than your breaker or NEMA plug rating. If using the included NEMA plug, you'll want to make sure this is set to no higher than "40A (7.7kW/32A max charge)". The max charge amount shown is 20% less than the breaker rating to comply with NEC code and regulations. We have a safety PIN for that, more information you can find here.

Status is a field to show you the current/real-time behavior of the EV Charger. Should match the current status shown on the Control page within the app.
