Load Management is built to be flexible for your specific installation scenario. Here's a list of the available settings from within the app to help control the EV Charger and Load Management functionality in exactly the way you'll need:
Enabled - Toggle/switch, whether or not the EV Charger should be managed by Load Management or not. In vast majority of situations requiring Load Management, this toggle will be left on regardless of other required behavior.
Energy Monitor - Which Vue: Gen 2 is tracking your system usage. Labeled as "Example Gen 2" in screenshots.
Service Rating - The amperage of feeder (mains) or service where Load Management is enabled for. Typically this will be the size of your main breaker (100A, 150A, 200A or similar).
Available Current - Amperage available within the service panel prior to installing the EV Charger. Load Management will allow the EV Charger to consume this much current (amperage) regardless of measurements detected by the Energy Monitor.
