Can I use the 200A CT's on circuits other than mains?

Yes - the measurements themselves should still be accurate, but two points to note regarding the 200A CT/top port behavior:

1.) All sensors plugged into the top ports are combined in the app as Total (or Net) usage. There is no option to separate the sensors within the app at the moment.
2.) We calculate percentages and Balance based on the Total (Net) Usage number - so if the 200A CT's are not monitoring the upstream mains from the other 50A CT's, then Balance and percentages will have drastically inaccurate numbers because of the assumed configuration. Measurements should still be accurate however.
